Returns and Exchanges 

You have 30 days to return or exchange your item. 

If you would like to make a return/exchange, please contact me with your order number and item information. 

The cost of returns is your responsibility. It is recommended you use a tracked shipping method for the return. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 


Cancelation

If your order has not been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
